"We first heard about Ellie through a friend and thought it may be a bit of a laugh to see what she could do for us, we both felt in a bit of a rut and needed a bit of a kick up the backside. Following an initial fact-gathering meeting we went for it. We train each week in Christine’s garden so no one can hear the groans. Week one nearly killed us, cardio, step, hand weights and abs galore, we wondered what we had let ourselves in for. Each week Ellie gives us a different programme carefully planned to increase our fitness levels. She encourages us to push ourselves to levels we certainly never thought we would reach at the start. Every programme includes a mixture of cardio exercises, running, boxing, skipping. Lunges, squats etc with weights and a variety of abdominal exercises. No week is the same she varies the routine with games such as ping pong ball bingo, pick a card for an exercise and the latest lung buster tabata. 18 months after starting with Ellie later we are both (and the dog! ) fitter, firmer, thinner and lighter. This has been the best stress buster we have ever come across. The health and mental benefits are evident following each session and we can both fully recommend giving it a go!"

"I always wanted to look fit, toned and healthy on my wedding day in Australia but it was a real struggle to get motivated especially as it was winter in England. I was wearing a strapless dress with a tight corset, so my main aim was to get definition in my arms and toned legs for the honeymoon. I knew I couldn't expect miracles in just 3 months, but Ellie's workouts were fantastic. She taught me a whole new way of thinking about exercise such as variety, interval training and not looking at the scales every day!
