2:1 sessions are perfect if you enjoy working out with a friend, partner, or family member.
It’s a fun, supportive way to stay consistent and accountable while keeping things affordable.
While the programming is slightly less individualised than 1:1 coaching, you’ll both receive effective, goal-driven workouts—and if you like, I’ll also provide a monthly home plan to keep you moving between sessions.
Sessions can take place outdoors, in your home, or anywhere you feel most comfortable—outdoor spaces often work best for partner training. Train once a week or up to five times—it's totally flexible.
