Where does the training take place?

Most of my clients are directly from Derby, Stafford and surrounding areas. We can train together in local parks or work out at your home. I bring all the equipment with me so there is no travelling costs to gyms for you. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution that works perfectly for you!

Am I a professional trainer?

Yes. I studied sports and fitness whilst working at a fitness studio for many years. Im registered and insured with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals)  Check out the “About Me“ page for more details on my professional qualifications. 

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.

Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, ambitions and goals. I have many years of experience ensuring your training is stepped up in a controlled way to ensure you are training within your means but never reaching the dreaded plateau. Along with this it's important to take a look into your habits and mind set which is sometimes hard to do by yourself. With my skills I'll be able to help you make changes for the long term in body and mind.

How often should I train with you?

That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Some clients train as much as four times a week with me and others just once a week. 

Will I have to follow a strict diet plan?

Absolutely not! I believe that for you to get lasting sustainable results a strict diet plan is not what you need. Instead we will work together to find a way of eating that works for you and gets you the results you want without feeling too restricted.
