Where does the training take place?

 

Most of my clients come from Uttoxeter and the surrounding area. We can train together in local parks or work out at your home. I bring all the equipment with me so there is no travelling costs to gyms for you. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution that works perfectly for you!

 

 

Are you a professional trainer?

 

Yes, I studied sports and fitness whilst working at a fitness studio for many years. I am registered and insured with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) and you can see my full list of professional qualifications on my About Me page.

 

 

Why should I spend money on a Personal Trainer? Can't I do it myself?

 

Of course you can train alone, but I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, ambitions and goals.

 

I have many years of experience to ensure your training is stepped up in a controlled way so that you are training withing your means but never reaching the dreaded plateau. Along with this, it's important to take a look into your habits and mindset which is sometimes hard to do by yourself. With my skills, I'll be able to help you make changes for the long term - in both body and mind.

 

 

How often should I train with you?

 

That's entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Some clients train as much as four times a week with me and others just once a week.

 

 

Will I have to follow a strict diet plan?

 

Absolutely not! I believe that for you to get lasting sustainable results, a strict diet plan is not what you need. Instead, we will work together to find a way of eating that works for you and gets you the results you want without feeling too restricted.
