I can help achieve the results you want.

 

I've been in the industry for 15 years and in that time I have been on my own journey of ongoing education and improvement. I qualified as a personal trainer over 10 years ago and then became certified as an eating psychology coach sometime after. More recently, I qualified as a mind-body practitioner and holistic life coach.

 

 

I can teach you key strategies in making life-long lasting changes, help you develop a healthy and enjoyable approach to exercise and nutrition and all in the comfort of your own home. No gym fees or travelling costs, no sweaty gym equipment or ogling eyes. This type of training is solely focused on you allowing us to get the best results possible.
