I’ve been in the industry for over 15 years

In that time, I have been on my own journey of ongoing education and improvement.

I qualified as a certified personal trainer and nutritionist over 12 years ago and then became certified as an eating psychology and holistic life coach sometime after.

I’m also currently studying for my bachelor’s degree in psychology and counselling.

I offer several services to help you get the lasting results you want and deserve.

Working as a mobile trainer and coach in Fife I bring the session to you. I have all the equipment we need for me to design a personal training session catered around your goals. Additionally, we will investigate the limiting beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours holding you back. Often, we aren’t aware of these driving our behaviours as they tend to run in the background of our unconscious mind. However, when you consider that only 3-5% of our behaviours are from our conscious mind you start to understand the significant importance of understanding our unconscious programming and the relevance it has in holding us back from making real lasting change.

Our actions are largely controlled by our thoughts and feelings so when it comes to making lasting changes willpower is often just not enough.
